 irs\, invite you to attend an important and timely community-wide conversa
 tion on Refugee Resettlement&nbsp\;\n\nCome learn about an exciting projec
 t now being considered by the WCOC (Washington Council of Congregations) -
 - becoming a community co-sponsor along with IRIS (Integrated Refugee and 
 Immigrant Services) for a refugee family in our neighboring town New Milfo
 rd. Ashley Makar\, IRIS Community Co-Sponsor Liaison\, will be present to 
 make a presentation and answer questions. &nbsp\;All interested persons ar
 e welcome to attend!\n\nCommunity co-sponsors play an integral role in hel
 ping refugees get off to a strong start in their new home country\, and ov
 er time become self-sufficient. Volunteers from New Milford\, who have rec
 ently resettled two refugee families\, tell us that their involvement was 
 one of the most gratifying experiences of their lives.&nbsp\;\n\nJoin us t
 o learn more and contribute your ideas. Donations can be made out to "St. 
 John's Episcopal Church\," with "Refugee" in the memo line. Those interest
