Shavuot is the last of the three pilgrimage festivals in Jewish tradition, and represents the end of the harvest season in Israel. It is also the moment when we recall the receiving of Torah at Sinai in the wilderness. During our Shabbat service Rabbi James will add some readings about the impact of receiving Torah.
Hannah and Ted Shear will be hosting. Directions and the Zoom link will be sent out the day prior, Thursday, June 13. Also, when you respond, please indicate whether you intend to stay for dinner following the service.
Join us for this special Shabbat and holiday observance!
