Erev Rosh Hashanah
Our High Holiday services begin this year with Rosh Hashanah on the evening of September 18th. In some ways, these services will look familiar and follow the typical zoom formatting that we’d had over the past several months. Our members will participate by offering readings, and we will be able to see one another from across the screen.
Continuing on September 19th, we will begin the day with a morning service at 10:30am and then have an in-person Tashlich service (near the water) at 3pm at the home of one of our members. (Please complete the form below, register and you will receive more details).
The season will be different than in years past, but the questions we ask will be the same. How can we improve our lives by improving our souls? We hope that you will join your Coalition community, and perhaps invite a friend or neighbor to join you for this holiday season. Our community is one of deep relationship and meaning, and it, like the shofar, calls us to action.
As we enter into these Days of Awe, we invite you to return to the sameness of the year, to come to your Coalition community, listen to the blast of the shofar, and open yourself to the reward of the hard work of teshuvah. We hope that you will find meaning and join us during the coming holiday season.
