This Kabbalat Shabbat, we will be connecting to the modern Israeli holidays of Yom Hazikaron and Yom Ha’atzma’ut. We will take time during the service to commemorate Yom Hashoah (Holocaust Remembrance Day), as well as mark the transition from Israeli Memorial Day to Israeli Independence Day. If you have a memorial candle at your home and would like to light one, please feel free to bring it to your table for Shabbat.
